All About Meats Part two Meats part two sear, braise, broil, pan fry.
In this class we will use some of the cuts of meat from previous class to show cooking methods above. We will show how done is done, the tricks and technique to tender and juicy meat that are thoroughly cooked but not over cooked.
You will enjoy, perfectly cooked, NY Steak, Fillet, and some other cut for comparison.
In this 11 part series you will be given a well-rounded journey into the culinary arts. We start with Cooking Basics where you will learn how to set up your kitchen. We will train you using both hands on and demonstration of the skills you will need to prepare well balanced meals. Topics covered will be: All About Meats, Working with Seafood, Cooking Vegetables, Working with Pasta, Sauces, Using Herbs, and desserts, and finally "putting it all together"!
