 “Cooking Basics” Sauces Part 1. In this Class we will learn to make three different sauces and many variations of those sauces. You will know how to turn these sauces into many sauces to compliment the seasons and the dish you are making. Each sauce will be tasted with various meats, fish and vegetables. Except the caramel sauce of course, for this sauce we will sample various fresh fruits and dessert items. These are just a few of many more sauces to come!
