Learn the basics of yeast dough and tarts!  Each participant will make a personal mini baguette of French bread and shape a personal tart.  The pasta dish is quick, delicious, and wonderfully colorful, a perfect choice for everyday or holiday entertaining.  Bring your apron for hands on fun!

About the instructor:
Laura Hanson graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in nutritional science.  Always a fan of cooking and creating in the kitchen, Laura has catered many events.  Her most recent kitchen creations  and classes  on Kitchen Fantasy’s facebook page.  For the past two years she has been teaching organic gardening classes through the Temecula Valley Garden Club.  Her goal is to help families grow as much of their own food as possible, year round, in their own yards, then turn those homegrown vegetables into delicious dishes for the families to enjoy.
