About the instructor:  Chef Dave Collins

Chef Dave Collins has been cooking for over 20 years, growing up cooking with his Grandmother learning traditional Hungarian Pastries and Cuisine. Cooking Professionally in the Temecula Wine Country for over 12 years, and teaching Gourmet Cooking Classes in numerous Private Venues, at Thornton Winery, The Prado at Balboa Park, Villa Toscana and private lessons to some celebrities and their families. Chef Dave Cooks with a flare all his own, drawing inspiration from cuisines the world over and the Home Cooking Traditions passed down through the generations. Chef Dave was the Executive Sous Chef at Thornton Winery's Cafe Champagne for almost ten years leaving to accept the position of Executive Chef of The Villa Toscana Cooking School in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. During Chef Dave's time at Villa Toscana they were named a top Cooking Class in Southern California by ABC7 News and CitySearch.com. Chef Collins now offers Private Parties and Cooking Classes at Kitchen Fantasy in Temecula and Events in the privacy of your own home, office, yacht or anywhere else you could possibly imagine!
