Hands On Chocolate Truffles 

In this class you will  learn to make decadent homemade chocolate truffles just in time for mother's day gift giving.  This class is “hands on” so bring your apron and be prepared to get messy!  We will make  two flavors of truffles each with a decorative nut topping.  Plan for dark chocolate and Mexican chocolate (with cinnamon, Kalua, and espresso).  Truffles are easy to make and oh, so elegant on the table.  Come join the fun!

“Make it and take it”!   Students may take home 8-10 pieces.

About the instructor:
Laura Hanson graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in nutritional science.  Always a fan of cooking and creating in the kitchen, Laura has catered many events.  Her most recent kitchen creations  and classes  on Kitchen Fantasy’s facebook page.  For the past two years she has been teaching organic gardening classes through the Temecula Valley Garden Club.  Her goal is to help families grow as much of their own food as possible, year round, in their own yards, then turn those homegrown vegetables into delicious dishes for the families to enjoy.
